Black Moon Rite is an independent personal journal published under the name Searcher of Truth. You are welcome to read, leave a thoughtful comment, or write privately.
Comments
Use a chosen name when commenting. An email address is optional and is never displayed with your comment. Comments are reviewed before publication. Only the chosen name and approved comment appear publicly; avoid including anything you would not want published. Website links and profile pictures are not used. This site removes visitor IP addresses and browser user-agent details from stored comments.
Private messages
The contact form asks for your email address so a reply is possible, an optional chosen name, and your message. Messages are saved privately in WordPress for the site owner and forwarded to a dedicated Gmail inbox when mail delivery is available. Contact details are not displayed publicly. Email delivery is handled by the website hosting service and Google, under their privacy policies. Do not send sensitive information.
How long information stays
Approved comments remain with the discussion until removed. Private messages are kept in WordPress until the site owner deletes them; email copies remain in the dedicated inbox until deleted there. You can request removal through the contact page. Backups may retain earlier copies for the hosting provider’s normal backup period.
Essential technical information
This journal does not add advertising trackers or analytics. WordPress may use essential cookies for sign-in and form security. Comment forms do not offer a “remember me” cookie. Hosting providers may keep security and access logs, including IP addresses. Short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent spam and expire after an hour.
Choices and removal
To request removal of a comment or contact message, use the contact page and include enough information to locate it. You can read the journal without sending a message or leaving a comment.
